Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, returns are only acceptable in case the item is found to be defective or damaged. 

In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

We reserve all rights to cancel any order for any reason. Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:

·Unavailability of the product

·Errors in the details provided(us or customer)

·Problems identified by Credit and Fraud Avoidance department

In the unfortunate case of an order being cancelled by us, we will keep you posted on the same and 100% of your payment will be credited back to your bank account.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped by us.
